We provide a detailed project quote. Upon your approval, we submit architectural drawings to the city for permit review and approval.
Stage 3 – Materials & Rough Construction
Payment: 3rd Payment – Materials & Phase 1 Build
Once permits are approved, we order materials and begin rough construction work.
Stage 4 – Rough Inspection & Phase 2 Build
Payment: 4th Payment – After Rough Inspection Approval
Following the city’s rough inspection approval, we proceed with the next construction phase leading to the final inspection.
Stage 5 – Final Inspection
Payment: 5th Payment – After Final Inspection Approval
We complete all remaining work, ensuring the project passes the city’s final inspection for code compliance and structural safety.
Stage 6 – Final Walkthrough
Payment: 6th Payment – Final 10%
We finish all final details and décor. Then, we walk you through the completed project to verify every detail meets your expectations before the final payment is made.
