How We Build at Nelson and Paco Construction
Every project begins with understanding your vision—both how it should look and how it should feel. Our process ensures clarity, precision, and a final result that exceeds expectations.
1. Consultation
We start with a personal consultation—either in person or over a video call. This is where we listen carefully, take notes, and learn exactly what you want to create.
2. Understanding the Space
Next, we get to know the “canvas” we’ll be working with. We either visit and photograph the space or work from detailed images you provide. This step helps us envision your project in its real environment.
3. Design & 3D Modeling
Our architect and design team then brings your vision to life. You’ll receive a detailed design and 3D model, so you can see exactly what your future space will look like. Any tweaks or adjustments are made during this stage to ensure it’s perfect before moving forward.
4. Quote & Timeline
Once the design is finalized, we provide a transparent, detailed quote and a clear project timeline—so you know exactly what to expect at each stage.
5. Permits & Preparation
After you approve the terms and estimated price, we handle the permit applications. Once approved, we’re ready to build.
6. Construction: From Rough to Final Inspection
We begin by working toward the rough inspection. Once it’s passed, we continue to the final inspection. This ensures every part of the build meets the highest quality and safety standards.
7. Completion & Walkthrough
After passing the final inspection, we put the finishing touches on your project. Then, we invite you on a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is just right before collecting final payment.
8. Our Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a full one-year guarantee. Between the 6-8 month mark, we return for a complimentary touch-up visit—ensuring everything still looks and functions as it should, and that you’re still thrilled with your space.
From first conversation to final walkthrough, our goal is simple: to create something you’ll love for years to come—built to last, and built with care.
